It’s a busy world out there; you’re juggling a career, social life, family, everyday to-do lists and trying to fit in time for yourself and creating healthy habits is down right difficult!

Designed specifically for BUSY and ambitious professional women, this program is perfect for you if you are serious about making it happen!

As an integrative Health Coach, I partner with you to achieve YOUR health goals.

I take the pressure off and feeling overwhelmed will disappear and be replaced with empowerment and action!

I help you hone in on exactly what it is that you want to achieve,
identify the obstacles to change, and work with you to take small, meaningful action steps towards your goals.

Small steps lead to enormous gains and a whole lot of joy!

The Process

First, set up a free 15 minute phone call with me where we will decide whether we would be a good fit for each other and if my health coaching services would be beneficial to you.

Second, Schedule a Health History Session, via skype/FaceTime/Zoom. I will send you a form to fill out where I will be able to get an idea of your health goals, and lifestyle. This allows us to figure out what you truly want to accomplish for yourself.

Third, we will choose your health coaching package.

Fourth, each session will be as long as needed and I will give you personalized recommendations at each session based on our discussions, your health history and your current lifestyle that will help you find a better balance towards a more healthy and happy life.

Included throughout your program will be bi-weekly health coaching sessions, unlimited email support and accountability, recipes, cooking tips, workout ideas, handouts, personalized goodies and materials for you to follow that introduce you to a new way of thinking about food and the lifestyle you strive for!
